What is personal information?
Personal information is information about you that identifies you or by which your identity can reasonable be discovered.
How do we collect your information?
Wherever possible we collect our information directly from you. However, sometimes we may gather your information from other sources. This may include identification and contact information, name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses and a record of past contact you have had with us.
How do we use your personal information?
We use your personal information in the course of providing you with our service, ministry and/or products. We will not sell or rent or provide your personal information to anyone else.
In what circumstances would we disclose your personal information?
We would only share personal information in the interest of public safety or as is required by law. We will not share any information that may personally identify you to another company, entity or person and will ensure that access to your personal records is restricted to employees who reasonably require that information to be able to provide you with information, products or services requested by you from Greg Biddell Ministries.
Is your information secure?
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from lose, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Is your personal information secure when using email?
Email cannot be considered a secure way to communicate. You should always be aware of this when sending us personal information by email. We do not have an encryption software to protect transmission of information by email.
What is a Commonwealth Identifier?
A commonwealth identifier is a commonwealth government or commonwealth government agency designated identification number such as your tax file number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN). We do not use this information as a way of identifying personal information we collect about you. We may however, require your ABN if you have dealings with us as a company.
Do you have to be identified at all?
In certain circumstances you may be able to deal with us anonymously, where that is feasible and lawful. For example: when making an enquiry about our products or service.
